Our store can take 24-48 hours to process your payment. After the payment has been verified it is processed and the order is placed directly with the manufacturer. 

FAQ

  • How long is shipping times?

Shipping times are anywhere between 3 - 20 days depending on the product and which international warehouse it is located. These shipping days are counted as business days. Holidays need to be taken into consideration as well. If the United States Post Office (USPS) is closed for a holiday, then that will add to the amount of days you can expect your package to be delivered.

  • What about tracking my package(s)?

You will receive your confirmation email containing your tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit 17track.net as outlined in the email that was sent to you.  Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show up. We keep an eye on it for you as well, so you are never left alone!

  • Is there anything else I need to know about your shipping terms?
Fluhter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier (usually USPS) at the information provided to you in an email that was generated when your packaged shipped.  If you have further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team at fluhtr@gmail.com
  • Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at fluhtr@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

  • Do you take refunds?

Yes, we take refunds for damaged or lost goods. We do not refund free or promotional products. We never refund shipping costs. Please refer to our "Refund Policy" located here in this footer section for more detailed information.
